When a caller presses 0 during an AI call, Floada Answer will transfer them to this number. North America only.

Touch-tone call accept (advanced β€” most customers leave this off)

Some phone systems and call-forwarding services play a brief recording when an incoming call rings β€” something like "press 1 to accept this call" β€” and only connect the caller after a key is pressed. If your phone provider does this, turn this on and Floada Answer will press the digit automatically. If your inbound calls connect straight through with no prompt, leave it off.

Tenants
