Do I need to change my phone system?

No. Forward missed, busy, after-hours, or overflow calls to Floada Answer using your existing phone setup. After you sign up and complete your first credit purchase, we'll prepare your dedicated Floada Answer number and have it ready within 24–48 hours.

What happens after I sign up?

Once your first credit purchase clears Stripe, you'll be guided through a short setup wizard (business name, press-0 return number, optional touch-tone accept). We then manually map a dedicated Floada Answer phone number to your account — usually within 24 to 48 hours — and email you when it's live. From that moment, you can forward your overflow calls to it.

What happens if the caller needs a person?

Floada Answer can offer press-0/live return to the business number you configure, flags urgent calls in the summary, and identifies escalated callers.

How do credits work?
